Ground-school topics, FAA-style handbooks, weather, navigation, systems.
Our shelf is small on purpose — five books that actually get you airborne in knowledge.
1. How Planes Fly
Lift, drag, stalls. Start with FAA Pilot's Handbook Ch. 4–5 (free PDF) + club 20-min demo.
2. Weather

3. Navigation
Sectionals, checkpoints, dead reckoning. Trace KCEF → KBAF on a real chart.
4. Airplane Systems (C172)
Engine, fuel, electrical, pitot-static. Chair-fly with the poster checklist.
